Fairfield police are investigating after a teenager reported being approached by a stranger while jogging at Fairfield University.
Police say the 16-year-old says she was at the Fairfield University track last night when a man approached her.
They say she told them the suspect handed her a razor and told her to cut herself, and then ran into the woods.
Police say the teen was not hurt.
