Chef's Quick Tip: Citrus Vinaigrette

This week, Chef Adrian Urena of Atria Senior Living shows Tina Redwine how to make a citrus vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
2 cup Olive Oil blend
1 cup Lemon Juice squeezed
2 tsp Lemon Zest, Zest of 2 lemons
4 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
Combine Oil, juice, zest, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper and whisk to combine or combine in blender.
