Chef's Quick Tip: Herb Butter

This week, Chef Frances Medina shows Tina Redwine how to make herb butter.
Herb Butter
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 garlic bulb
parsley
salt
Method:
Put heavy cream in the blender and blend for 2 minutes
Remove from blender and squeeze out excess fluid
Mix in parsley, garlic and salt to taste
Form into a desired shape and refrigerate
