Loaded baked potato
Scrub the potatoes and poke holes with a fork throughout. Microwave in a damp paper towel for 12-15 minutes.
Lay out toppings: chili (either store bought or leftover), shredded cheese, diced onion, crispy bacon, and corn chips.
Once the potato is cooked through, cut in half and scoop out the potato to form a boat. Fill with toppings of choice!
