This week, chef Gladys Luz of Zul Cafe and Grill shows Tina Redwine how to make Pork Lechon Sisig.
Pork Lechon Sisig
Ingredients:
1 lb lechon roasted pork, minced
1 large yellow onion
1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
2 pieces of lime or lemon
4 tablespoon of light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground balck pepper
1 teaspoon of butter
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan. Put in onion and then cook for 2 minutes or until soft. Add the pork lechon. Stir. Put soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes in high heat. Add mayonnaise. Stir then cook for 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate. Squeeze the lemon, sprinkle the chili pepper and add egg on top. Best served with rice.
