Marinade Ingredients
  • Soy sauce
  • Orange
  • Lime juice
  • Dash of ginger

- Whisk together to make marinade.
Tuna Tartare Ingredients
  • Chopped  Yellow fin Tuna
  • Avocado
  • Wonton Chips

  • Place a little bit of tuna in a bowl.
  • Slice avocado into cubes.
  • Add avocado to tuna.
  • Pour the marinade into the bowl to sear the tuna with the avocado.
  • Toss the bowl ingredients together.
  • To really marinate the tuna tartare, let the toss sit for a few minutes for extra flavor.
  • Sprinkle wonton chips on top.
