Ice Cream in a Bag
Ingredients:
1 cup half and half
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
3 cups ice
1/3 cup kosher or ice cream rock salt
Recipe:
Whisk together half and half, sugar and vanilla.
Pour into a quart zip lock bag.
Put ice and rock salt into a galloon zip lock back.
Put sealed quart bag inside the ice zip lock and shake for 15 minutes.
Your hands may get cold so use towels or oven mitts.
